The Cavalier Bird

Cavalier / Two Birds, 7.5%.

Belgian IPA. Finally got this, and on hand pump! Really good example of the style; slight sour, bit creamy, medium level of fruit flavour that’s lasting, and just a touch of bitter at the end. I’m sure there’s a fair amount of hops in this, but it’s been balanced real well.
