Skunkworks Cognac Barrel Aged Double IPA

Moon Dog, 9.1%.

It’s a cognac barrel aged double IPA with high alcohol. And it’s not bad at all. This is one, or nearly one, of those ‘1- in-5-Mood Dog-beers-are-good’ beers. But, then the mango/tropical fruit flavour from the hops comes in and messes up the end. Would be quite a good beer without that strange finish.
