The Bear – Wild Dark Honey Braggot

Red Duck, 9.8%.

The 3rd braggot from Red Duck (I’ll try the other two later). Really need to ensure this isn’t cold. This is half mead half ale. Lots of malt, lots of sweetness, a bit of herb-ish spice and very rich. The alcohol gives this a kick and keeps the flavour coming, and sticking around. This is a big bear, I mean beer.
