Smells Like A Pony – Buckwheat Braggot

Red Duck, 13.7%.

“SLAP” says the bottle, and dam it is. Big rich flavour with a lot going on. Initially this doesn’t wok, too much going on and burn of alcohol. Then it warms a bit more and the flavour settles a bit, sweet syrup-ness and dark wheat taste. But, the smell is still terrible.
