Red Duck / Beer Here, 10.6%.

First quadruppel for this year, I think. It’s a quad Belgian ale with a bit of chilli. The chilli is very subtle and hidden by the high alcohol taste. Overall there’s a few to many strong things fighting for attention here which is a pity because the malt back bone of the beer is really quite nice.
