La Sirene, 6.5%.

Wow. This is a saison I actually like a lot. Never thought I’d say that about a saison, but here we are. Good balance and lasting flavour is the backbone here. Plenty of fruit and soft sourness are the key players. The tastes mix and change. Then there is a freshness that makes you want yo go back for more. Great beer.
