Young Henry’s / Doctor’s Orders, 7.5%.
The very first glass of this at beer deluxe.
The label says “Stout White Stout” but the only thing this has to resemble a stout is that it’s strong. This is more like a double IPA. Lots of bitterness, rich fruit flavour that’s hidden, and dry finish. There is a good mandarin and smooth hit just after the initial bitter, then tapers off. Good, but a little hard to drink with such high IBU (69).
