SarsBeerilla Stout

What a strange beer. The sars works very well with the stout making this a sweet, bitter, floral and tasty dark beer. The big malt back bone is really needed to help out and it works a treat. Smoke from the stout balances out the tang from the sarsaparilla. Liquorice just makes it better. Body is good and flavour long lasting. Surprisingly good beer.
