Double Ale Noir

3 Ravens, 6.5%.

This is one complex beer. While it’s cold there’s a softness and sweet lasting taste. The body holds out well and doesn’t drop off too quick. Then when it warms up… just a bit more smoke, some malty goodness and a lot of Pinot. That said it still is very well balanced and none of the flavours are overpowering. This is a very fine beer and very easy to drink.
